Kelly Bloedorn is a food systems professional trained in systems thinking as a foundation for program development and communications design. As a kid, Kelly loved to explore nature in her family’s backyard food garden- turning over rocks to observe the hidden world beneath our feet. This solidified a lifelong curiosity in where food comes from, as well as native biodiversity, healthy ecosystems, and advocating for our natural environment. With a previous career in financial compliance, she is comfortable communicating with stakeholders in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. After making the decision to shift careers, Kelly went on to earn her MS in Sustainable & Resilient Food Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2020.
