I90 Soil Health Tour – Economics of Soil Health & Cover Crops: What’s the Bottom Line?

The Freeborn Area Soil Health Team invites you to our 6th annual soil health winter workshop. This year we are focusing on economics of soil health and cover crops. The event will be Wednesday February 26th, 2020 at Wedgewood Cove 2200 West 9th Street, Albert Lea, MN 56007 from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm. The keynote speaker on the day will be Rick Clark, an Indiana farmer and also speaking will be two local (Faribault County) farmers Andy Linder and Matt Alford. All 3 will share their experiences with cover crops and soil health and how they are making them work economically in their operations.

This event is FREE of charge with a lunch included. There will be CEU credits available as well. Each event is going to have Rick Clark speaking along with local farmers speaking on the economics of their farming operations. Not every event will be the same.
